My approach is based on scientific foundations and is shaped by a holistic understanding of the human inner world. I combine different psychotherapy methods, especially Schema Therapy, according to your needs.
In this process, we aim to help you realize the behavior and thought patterns that have formed in the past but are challenging you today, and to transform these patterns. In this journey, I aim to be a guide who listens to your story, accompanies your questions, and discovers new paths with you.
